Our clinic focuses on health and wellness, and we want you to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way. Packages of 1 month, 3 months and 6 months available. Contours Semaglutide Weight Loss shot administered by our Nurse Practitioner is an FDA approved once a week injectable medication which boost weight loss, helps with blood sugar control, and supports appetite control when used in combination with diet and exercise. Semaglutide is not a stimulant. While other weight loss medications, like phentermine, have stimulating effects that curb your appetite, Semaglutide works very differently (see above). How does Semaglutide work for weight loss? GLP-1 agonists like Semaglutide help to control your blood sugar, curb your appetite, and slow digestion. People taking them also tend to lose weight. GLP-1, the key hormone involved, slows the process of gastric emptying. In, addition to causing your pancreas to release insulin, Semaglutide also blocks a hormone that causes your liver to release sugar (glucagon). Together, these functions can help decrease your appetite, causing you to eat less food and lose more weight. Is Semaglutide safe? Yes, Semaglutide is considered to be safe and effective when used as indicated. But safe doesn’t mean that there aren’t possible side effects. Possible side effects include was nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Semaglutide also carries a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors occurring in rodents (with unknown risk shown in humans). Thus, Semaglutide shouldn’t be used if you or your family have a history of certain thyroid cancers. Semaglutide should not be used in people with type-1 diabetes or a history of pancreatitis. Semaglutide should be used cautiously for people on other blood sugar lowering medications. ALL PACKAGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. PACKAGE MUST BE USED ACCORDING TO YOU SCHEDULED TREATMENT PLAN. IF SERVICES ARE NOT COMPLETED BY THE SCHEDULED TIMELINE OUTLINED IN THE INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLAN, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your service. If cancelling for 2 or more people, please do so 48 hours ahead of scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule please reschedule via phone 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours for a single appointment or 48 hours for more than one appointment in advance will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the service.​ DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure appointments at Contours. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not secure your appointment. Each appointment requires a deposit fee as listed. When you secure your appointment, you receive a deposit gift certificate for the amount of your deposit by email. This deposit gift certificate is redeemable towards the full cost of your service. This gift certficate goes towards cost of service and is non refundable or transferable. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.   YOU RECEIVE A DIGITAL CERTIFICATE TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE COST OF YOUR SERVICE. Due to the receipt of DIGITAL GIFT CERTIFICATE VIA EMAIL the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. We accept PAYMENT IN PERSON AND ONLINE! When making an appointment and paying via PayPal DO NOT pay with e -check! WE DO NOT accept e-Check payments as a deposit! No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are not accepted. CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT CAN AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT GIFT CERTIFICATE. SALE PRICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE PACKAGES Packages are considered memberships. Post Op Packages and Body Contouring Packages have an expiration date. Packages must be utilized according to the treatment plan initiated. Packages expire 45 Days after last visit. Contact a specialist immediately if you need to make changes to your treatment plan. PACKAGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. LATE POLICY We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
