Shipping and Returns
All USA orders will be processed within 7-14 business days or sooner. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Shipping is provided via USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be supplied a tracking number via email once your items are shipped. Contours is not responsible for lost or damaged packages marked delivered according to tracking.
We do offer International shipping. Depending on your country, Please allow 2-4 weeks for International orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country or for any orders lost in transit
Please note that buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. Please call for pricing.
Return Policy For Intimates, Lingerie, Waist Trainers
All Sales are Final...No Exchanges, No Refunds.
All of our products are considered undergarments therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the sizing chart (which is located on each product page) when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. If you fall on the border of 2 sizes or carry most of your weight in your midsection, order a size up to ensure fit.
Return Policies for Corsets:
All "Custom" and "Ready to Wear" corsets are made to order, therefore these corset sales are final. Contours guarantees that your made to order corset will be free from damage or defect; if an order is found to be damaged or defective in any way please contact us within 5 days for a Return Authorization. We will gladly replace or repair any damaged or defective pieces. Contours cannot be held responsible for damages that occur as a result of negligence, improper wear and care, or improper cleaning. There are no refunds for "made to order" corsets or corset deposits after work has started on your order.
Return Policy for Clothing
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! For any reason it does not fit just sent it back and exchange it for a different size. If the product is unavailable, choose an item of the same value. All Items qualify for exchange within 5 days from date of delivery and does not include return shipping fees and new shipping fees. Any item altered or worn will not be accepted.NO REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
ReturnPolicy for Defective Merchandise
If you received a defective product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
We recommend that you pay for a tracking number and insurance for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please make sure your order number, name, and phone number are inside your return package and that the return is at our store by the date stated on your packing slip. For any return or exchange order that is returned after the date, there will be a deduction from your refund.
Return of Damaged Packages
If you received a damaged package, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Damage package information will be submitted for a claim through the shipping company. Item will reship upon verification of damage claim.
Out of stock Merchandise
We always try our best to keep inventory levels accurate, however the products you see on our site are the same ones we sell through our store and also through our pop-up boutiques, so occasionally inventory levels may not be correct. If an item you ordered is unavailable you may wait for the item to arrive, substitute a different item of the same value, or cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund for it.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your service. If cancelling for 2 or more people, please do so 48 hours ahead of scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule please reschedule via phone 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours for a single appointment or 48 hours for more than one appointment in advance will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the service.
DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure appointments at Contours. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not secure your appointment. Each appointment requires a deposit fee as listed. When you secure your appointment, you receive a deposit gift certificate for the amount of your deposit by email. This deposit gift certificate is redeemable towards the full cost of your service. This gift certficate goes towards cost of service and is non refundable or transferable..
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. YOU RECEIVE A DIGITAL CERTIFICATE TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE COST OF YOUR SERVICE.
SALE PRICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE due to receipt of DIGITAL GIFT CERTIFICATE VIA EMAIL. WE accept PAYMENT IN PERSON AND ONLINE! Also, when making an appointment and paying via PayPal DO NOT pay with e -check! WE DO NOT accept e-Check payments as a deposit! No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are not accepted. CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT CAN AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT GIFT CERTIFICATE.
LATE POLICY We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the esthetician's next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
WE DO NOT work over other eyelash technicians work. WE DO NOT do infills over other eyelash technicians work for reasons such as mixing different brands of lashes and adhesives. However, we can remove them for a removal fee which is $30.00 and start with a new set of Silk or Mink Eyelash Extensions. No Kids Policy We ask that you do not bring kids to Contours as this is a one on one service. We also ask that you do not bring any extra people. Prior To Your Appointment We ask that you arrive to your appointment with squeaky clean lashes. NO eyeliner, NO foundation, NO mascara. Avoid wearing eye makeup to your eyelash appointment. Remove mascara, eyeliner, and other eye makeup before- hand. Although the lash stylist will have Lash Bath on hand, removing eye makeup can be time-consuming and take away from your lash extension application time. Also, avoid curling your lashes ─come with your lashes in their natural state. A Lash Bath fee of 30.00 will be assessed if you do not adhere to the information above
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted, Contours reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Contours shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, Contours shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was charged.
