The loss of a miscarried child may sometimes not be addressed in an energic manner. The Post Miscarriage Reconciliation is to assist you in releasing the energy of your unborn child from your womb space. Included in this service is a womb massage, womb wrap, womb reiki, foot reflexology, yoni steam, spirt baby release ceremony, aromatherapy, womb crystal and meditation.
CANCELLATION POLICY We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your service. If cancelling for 2 or more people, please do so 48 hours ahead of scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule please reschedule via phone 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours for a single appointment or 48 hours for more than one appointment in advance will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the service. DEPOSITS: A deposit is required to secure appointments at Contours. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not secure your appointment. Each appointment requires a deposit fee as listed. When you secure your appointment, you receive a deposit gift certificate for the amount of your deposit by email. This deposit gift certificate is redeemable towards the full cost of your service. This gift certficate goes towards cost of service and is non refundable or transferable. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. YOU RECEIVE A DIGITAL CERTIFICATE TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE COST OF YOUR SERVICE. Due to the receipt of DIGITAL GIFT CERTIFICATE VIA EMAIL the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. We accept PAYMENT IN PERSON AND ONLINE! When making an appointment and paying via PayPal DO NOT pay with e -check! WE DO NOT accept e-Check payments as a deposit! No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are not accepted. CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT CAN AND WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT GIFT CERTIFICATE. SALE PRICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE PACKAGES Packages are considered memberships. Post Op Packages and Body Contouring Packages have an expiration date. Packages must be utilized according to the treatment plan initiated. Packages expire 45 Days after last visit. Contact a specialist immediately if you need to make changes to your treatment plan. PACKAGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. LATE POLICY We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
